Zumba Class

I've amazed myself by discovering that I enjoy the gym.
I have had a shot of a lot of varied exertions: weight-lifting, the treadmill, zumba classes, the exercise bike, and so forth. I typically head to the gym three times every week. If I am on vacation I just try to make sure that I'm covering a lot of ground on foot, or I try to find time to have a jog.

My dieting and detox has gone rather well.
I have not had even one fag, which I'm extremely happy about.
I've been endeavouring to give up cigarettes for years, but this is the longest I've ever succeeded for.
I feel so much better as a result. I've got loads more get-up-and-go, and I'm not wheezing in the mornings.

My dietary habits have improved a lot of late. Occasionally I still have a chicken korma on a Friday evening, or a slice of cake, however by and large Ive been eating a greater amount of fruit and veggies.
I have additionally cut back on carbs like pasta. And the results are apparent: I've lost 3 kilos and I can get into my favorite denims again!

You'll appreciate what it's like in winter, it is very easy to pile on weight. It's not beach-time anymore, the swimming costume's stored away until next summer-time. It's chilly and dreary outside, so you just stay in and eat confectionary.
Before you know it, you have piled on six kilos. I gave up cigarettes in March, and I realized that I ought to start to eat a better diet and go to the gymnasium at the same time.

The most difficult aspect in cutting down on calories is attempting to stop drinking alcohol and dining out in restaurants.
I never used to think about it, but alcohol gives you loads of calories. Plus if you eat out regularly, you are not always cognizant of the calorie intake you are consuming. Therefore recently my boyfriend and me have been endeavouring to identify new stuff to do on a Friday night in place of just going out for dinner or going out for a few drinks.
Sometimes we attend the theatre. Once in a while we go to gigs.
Recently we had a fabulous evening out in a comedy club Leeds. It's easier not to have too much to drink if you're laughing your head off!
